Mô tả công việc
• Manage and supervise all inspection and testing activities; ensure equipment calibration and accuracy.
• Handle quality issues, lead corrective & preventive actions (CAR, 8D).
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve complaints and provide timely feedback.
• Develop and maintain QC policies, procedures, and prepare for internal/external/customer audits.
• Lead and develop QC team (up to 30 direct, 100 indirect reports); provide training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, customer requirements, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain to maintain quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and ERP system compliance.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in quality operations leadership.
• Strong background in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of ISO systems and quality management tools.
