We're looking for a Quality Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to customer, local, national, and international standards. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee our technical compliance capabilities, making sure we meet all necessary legal requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to building high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), including Management Responsibility, Resource Management, Product Realization, and Measurement-Analysis- Improvement.
• Ensure technical compliance with customer requirements, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Conduct compliance testing and quality control for new products.
• Develop strategies and implementation plans for compliance-related matters.
• Perform and oversee internal and external audits, addressing complaints and technical issues, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Produce compliance reports and maintain up-to-date documentation, including QMS policies, procedures, and non-conformity reports.
• Manage supplier quality by evaluating potential suppliers based on industry standards, capacity, and quality assurance criteria.
• Collaborate with corporate counsel and HR to monitor compliance standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and best practices in compliance control.
• Work with Customer to resolve quality issues, quality report, ensure compliance with Quality Control Plan.
Yêu cầu
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with US and European standards.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma tools (e.g., SPC, MSA).
• Experience with UL audit, RoHS, REACH, or Prop 65 compliance is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently with US customers on QC forms, drawings, and quality issues.
• Proven problem-solving skills and audit experience.
• High accountability, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
