Mô tả công việc
- Project the project planning documentation as per ASSIST standard project management process and review with the Regional Project Lead.
- Identify right vendors/consultants (minimum 3) and then negotiate for the best quality & price and prepare the needed subcontract agreements.
- Monitor the performance of the sub- contracted parties and ensure that they are aligned with overall expectation of the project and our client/partner.
- Prepare the interim report as required by the donor and review with the head of PM, and client before submission to the donor.
- Support the C&V (Communication & Visibility) colleague with providing her right update on the project.
- Ensure that the project deliverable are archived regularly by coordinating with the KAM (Knowledge & Asset Management) colleague.
