A Factory manager will cover:
1/ Quản lý vận hành tổng thể nhà máy
1/ Overall factory operation management
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của nhà máy nhằm đảm bảo an toàn, chất lượng, tiến độ sản xuất và hiệu quả vận hành.
Responsible for managing and operating all factory activities to ensure safety, quality, produc-tion schedule, and operational efficiency.
Thiết lập, duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống vận hành phù hợp với kế hoạch sản xuất và định hướng phát triển của công ty.
Establish, maintain, and improve the operating system in line with the production plan and the company's development direction.
2/ Quản lý Bộ phận Sản xuất / Production Dept.
2/ Management of Production Dept.
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý nhân lực, sản lượng, chất lượng và tiến độ sản xuất theo kế hoạch ngày, tuần và tháng.
Responsible for managing manpower, output, product quality, and production schedule ac-cording to daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
Theo dõi hiệu suất sản xuất và triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến nhằm nâng cao năng suất và giảm lãng phí.
Monitor production performance and implement improvement activities to enhance productivi-ty and reduce waste.
3/ Quản lý Bộ phận Mua hàng & Nguyên vật liệu / Purchasing & Material Dept.
3/ Management of Purchasing & Material Dept.
Quản lý kế hoạch vật tư, tồn kho và điều phối nguyên vật liệu phục vụ sản xuất.
Manage material planning, inventory, and coordination of raw materials for production.
Đảm bảo nguyên vật liệu được cung ứng đầy đủ, đúng thời điểm và phù hợp với kế hoạch sản xuất.
Ensure that materials are supplied sufficiently, on time, and in accordance with the production plan.
4/ Quản lý Bộ phận Kỹ thuật Sản xuất / Technical Production Dept.
4/ Management of Technical Production Dept.
Lập kế hoạch và giám sát hoạt động bảo trì, bảo dưỡng máy móc thiết bị nhằm đảm bảo thiết bị luôn trong tình trạng hoạt động tốt.
Plan and supervise maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment remains in good work-ing condition.
Phối hợp triển khai cải tiến kỹ thuật, tối ưu điều kiện vận hành và hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố thiết bị trong quá trình sản xuất.
Coordinate technical improvements, optimize operating conditions, and support troubleshoot-ing of equipment during production.
5/ Quản lý Bộ phận Khuôn đúc, ép nhựa / Molding&Extrusion Dept.
5/ Management of Molding&Extrusion Dept.
Giám sát hoạt động ép phun, thiết lập và tối ưu hóa thông số máy nhằm duy trì quá trình sản xuất ổn định.
Supervise molding operations and set up and optimize machine parameters to maintain stable production processes.
Phân tích và xử lý các lỗi phát sinh trong quá trình ép phun, đồng thời cải tiến điều kiện sản xuất để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.
Analyze and troubleshoot molding defects, and improve production conditions to enhance product quality.
6/ Phối hợp với Bộ phận Quản lý Chất lượng / Quality Management Dept.
6/ Coordination with Quality Management Dept.
Phối hợp với bộ phận chất lượng để đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất đáp ứng yêu cầu của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và các quy định áp dụng.
Coordinate with the quality department to ensure production activities comply with the quality management system and applicable regulations.
Hỗ trợ trong các hoạt động audit, validation, CAPA và cải tiến hệ thống tại nhà máy.
Support audit, validation, CAPA, and system improvement activities within the factory.
