Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an
Area Sales Manager in HCMC Province for O&G Products at MK PHARMA in Ho Chi Minh City. The Area
Sales Manager will be responsible for
• Develop business strategies, make business plans as well as manage, organize and operate the ETC channel business activities of the Company.
• Develop annual business targets for each region and market.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop and organize monthly/annual Marketing and Sales plans.
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with pharmacists and doctors in the assigned area
• Plan and implement business promotion activities.
• Carry out external relations to build relationships to serve the entry of goods at hospitals, clinics, etc.
• Implement the company's budget plan for business promotion activities.
• Evaluate information about competitors, customers and the market.
• Build a team, manage and develop a quality human resource team, suitable for the Company's culture and core values, meeting the Company's strategic goals and vision.
• Monitor the compliance with the regulations and rules set by subordinates.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Company's Board of Directors.
