Key responsibilities
• Responsible for researching new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes to enhance the quality, functionality, and aesthetics of our furniture offerings
• Responsible for building structure, 3d model & researching methods to manufacture samples from the concept of the Design Team
• Develop and test prototypes, iterate designs
• Work closely with manufacturing teams for risk assessments, update working process by photo/video to ERP system
• Identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization
• Discuss with the leader to get the best method to manufacture products with high efficiency and high profit
• Communicate technical concepts and collaborate with teams
• Update photo/ information/ video to Odoo Task daily
• Always follow other tasks as arranged and assigned by the Supervisor / HOD
• Research and implement alternative materials that contribute to cost reduction while maintaining or improving product quality and sustainability standards

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Key skills and experience
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
• 0 -3 years of relevant work experience
• Prefer candidates in furniture industry. Must have experiences in Inventor
• Understanding of product research and development processes and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes.
• Strong at teamwork and can work independently.
• Good communication, Analytic thinking, patience, integrity.
• Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines.
• Carefully, enthusiastic, highly responsible, proactive, and supportive.
• Exceptional decision-making skills in strategic and operational contexts.
• Willing to learn, contribute, and be passionate in the furniture field.
• Proficient in CAD software and other design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Basic English
