Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a R&D Supervisor (Light Distribution, $1200):
Develop and optimize light distribution designs to enhance performance and efficiency.
Lead R&D projects related to optical design, photometric analysis, and lens development for various applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, and marketing) to ensure product feasibility and innovation.
Utilize simulation software for optical design, light distribution modeling, and validation of new designs.
Evaluate and improve thermal management, optical efficiency, and material selection for components.
Collaborate with international partners and suppliers, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in lighting optics.
Requirement
Male/Female
College graduate or higher
3-5+ years of experience in optical design
Proficient in using optical design software
Willing to travel abroad
