Mô tả công việc
• Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• General reception duties including answering telephone and giving information to callers, taking
messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individuals; ensure visitors are well-received on arrival;
arranging and serving refreshments when necessary.
• Organizing the reception area with all necessary stationery supplies (pens, form forms, note paper...)
in a clean manner, managing the meeting room bookings and keeping information materials up to date.
• Managing meeting and event logistics, such as ensuring TV, projectors, Zoom account, supplies are
set-up, providing drinks in meetings.
• Receiving and processing mail and parcels.
• Monitoring office facilities including stationeries, furniture, lighting, and other office equipment to
ensure that they are always in good condition for ready use.
• General housekeeping - ensuring all meeting rooms are in order on a daily basis.
• Providing administrative support for daily meetings and a variety of events such as face-to-face
meetings, online meetings, company trip, company establishment party, internal training, employee
engagement events, monthly seminars, ect.
• Supporting in organizing seminar (before-during-after), including material, document printing, tea
down and other preparations.
• Conducting pre- and post-event surveys to determine success of events.
• Any other miscellaneous office administrative duties assigned from time-to-time.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Event Management or related fields.
• Good customer service skills and enjoys hospitability duties.
• A team member with high level of integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness.
• Well organized and detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers, visitors and
telephone callers.
• Diligent, systematic and meticulous, with strong pro-activity and drive.
• Creativity skills for problem-solving, developing ideas and viewing challenges from a new
perspective.
• Ability to work effectively and make sound decisions with minimal supervision to meet established
deadlines for a variety of demands and projects.
• Good speaking and writing in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• No experience accepted.
