Develop and implement recreational programs and events.
Manage daily operations of recreational facilities (Kidclub, pool, gym, sports areas, etc.).
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff.
Ensure safety regulations and policies are followed.
Monitor budgets, resources, and inventory.
Engage with guests/customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments for events and activities.
Yêu cầu
Proven experience in recreation, leisure, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of safety and first aid procedures is a plus.
