Recruitment Specialist

You are a proactive and relationship-oriented recruitment professional who enjoys connecting people with opportunities. You are able to balance multiple priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and work independently in a dynamic environment. With strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset, you know how to identify talent, influence hiring decisions, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within engineering, consulting and international environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate fit, competencies, and future potential.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with local and international stakeholders.
