1. Implementation of Marketing Strategy and Market Plans:
• Responsible for executing the company's marketing strategy (including brand management, target markets, channel management, pricing management, etc.), promptly reporting the latest customer and market developments to superiors, and optimizing specific implementation policies.
2. Execution of Departmental Work:
• Actively and effectively execute the annual domestic exhibition promotion and online promotion plans for the department as required.
• Formulating and executing the department's annual and monthly work plans (including sales arrangements, training plans, etc.) as required.
• Collecting information on domestic market trends, market conditions, key targets, and macro-environmental information of the international market (including economic environment and development status, political environment, legal environment, import/export policies, etc.) as required. And, the sales strategies of domestic market competitors (including product iteration, pricing management, channel management, service strategies, etc.)
3.Customer Development and Management:
• Prospecting and visiting potential customers, developing new clients, and establishing files for potential and cooperative customers.
• Develop exhibition participation plans based on company objectives. Analyze and screen collected customer information to formulate development plans (process: initial visit, specification confirmation, sampling, quotation, trial production, small batch production, formal mass production).
• Expand horizontally within the same industry among existing clients.
• Collaborate with chip solution providers and strong partners to enter different industry sectors and embed BOM to expand the customer base.
• Convert customers acquired through online e-commerce platforms to offline transactions.
• Responsible for organizing responses to inquiries from customers across all channels and providing timely and effective pre-sales services.
• Establish and improve customer information in accordance with company customer relationship management and credit management requirements, conduct customer credit assessments, and implement dynamic updates.
4. Other Tasks Assigned by Leadership
Yêu cầu
Work Experience:
• Familiarity with electronic product knowledge, understanding of the company's products, sales processes, and contract management and execution. Electronics component experience for the position is preferred.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese
• Ability to independently handle customer development, negotiations, and contract signing.
- Bachelor of engineering/electrical/electronics/ economics.
