ABOUT THE ROLE Gonzales Viet Nam is a growing industrial company specialized in mechanical manufacturing, complex assemblies and project-based solutions for international clients. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support our
business development in Vietnam, with a strong focus on international companies (especially Japanese) operating locally. This role combines technical understanding and commercial development, with a high level of autonomy in managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development
Identify and approach new industrial clients in Vietnam
Develop business with international companies (Japanese, European, North America, global OEMs)
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Client Engagement
Understand client organization (procurement, engineering, decision makers)
Initiate first contact independently and lead initial meetings with clients
Coordinate meetings with internal technical teams when required
Sales & Project Development
Generate RFQs aligned with our manufacturing capabilities
Participate in costing with internal teams (engineering / PM)
Prepare and submit commercial and technical offers
Negotiate and secure orders
Networking & Market Presence
Develop relationships through:
Chambers of commerce (JCCI, EuroCham...)
Industrial networks, events and exhibitions
Project Follow-up
Ensure commercial follow-up during project execution
Maintain strong client relationships and develop repeat business
Reporting
Provide regular reporting to management:
pipeline, KPIs, actions and priorities
Monitor performance vs targets
PROFILE
Vietnamese native
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Japanese (strong advantage / preferred)
Education
Degree in Engineering, Technical or Business field
Or equivalent experience in industrial B2B sales
Experience
5+ years in B2B industrial or
technical salesExperience working with international clients in Vietnam
Comfortable managing the full sales cycle
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage clients independently from first contact to deal closing
Good technical understanding (mechanical / industrial environment)
Autonomous, structured and results-oriented
