We're Hiring: Remote Android App Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Android App Marketing Manager / Growth Manager to join our team remotely.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile app growth, user acquisition, IAP monetization, subscription optimization, and data-driven decision making.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for Android applications
Drive user acquisition, app installs, engagement, and revenue growth
Plan and optimize In-App Purchase (IAP) and subscription strategies
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, LTV, ARPU, ROAS and other key metrics
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and A/B testing
Optimize app monetization, pricing, paywalls and purchase funnels
Work with product, ASO, development and creative teams to improve app performance
Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns
Monitor competitors, market trends and new growth opportunities
Build actionable reports and make decisions based on performance data
✅ Requirements
Proven experience in Android/mobile app marketing
Strong understanding of IAP, subscriptions and mobile app monetization
Experience with Google Ads / UAC and other mobile acquisition channels
Strong knowledge of GA4/Firebase, App attribution and analytics tools
Good understanding of ASO, conversion optimization and retention
Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Strong understanding of LTV, CAC, ROAS, ARPU, retention and funnel metrics
Experience growing consumer/mobile apps will be preferred
