1. Job Type:
Full-time and Fully remote/Hybrid
Working hours: 8 AM to 6 PM with respected weekends off
Location: Work from anywhere OR Work hybrid in HCMC, Vietnam
Reporting Line: The CEO
Contacting points might include but not be limited to the client, the CEO, and the Project Manager.
2. Onboarding Date: As soon as possible
3. Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include client relationship management & digital marketing strategy management.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
Strategy Development: Plan and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and more.
Project Management: Work closely with the Project Manager, support in overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client goals and deliver measurable results.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis.
Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities for account growth by proposing additional services that align with client needs.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
Customer engagement and retention metrics.
Campaign Performance Metrics: click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) for digital marketing campaigns managed for clients.
CRM data accuracy and integrity.
5. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years in account management or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Proficiency in using GoHighLevel, Urable, and other relevant marketing tools.
Must have the ability to team work and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Nice to have:
Experience with integration tools such as Zapier or [protected info]
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
