Remote Senior Data Analyst Part Time

We are looking for a highly driven Data Analyst to join our growing tech team. You will work closely with product and leadership teams in the US, helping them make informed decisions that drive company performance. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in analytics, SQL, and dashboard development, but also understands the business deeply and can translate data into meaningful insights.

🔍 What You'll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, product flows, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Write clean, efficient, and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple systems.
• Use Python (optional but preferred) for advanced data manipulation, automation, or statistical analysis.
• Build interactive and visually compelling dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and provide analytical support.
• Present data findings clearly and confidently in English to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail and execution quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Previous hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with English speaking clients.
• Mature mindset with clear, well-formed opinions and the ability to articulate them confidently.
• Strong command of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and proactively propose solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload independently, and operate with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus.
