The Job

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support company aims
Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (e.g., surveys, market research reports, data).
Using statistical modeling to find patterns and trends
Understanding and using data analytical tools and research software
Conducting analysis of historical data to highlight trends
Presenting data and preparing reports that are accessible to all
Interpreting data in order to predict, forecast, and implement change
Making recommendations and developing strategies based on the data
Monitoring the progress of data-related strategies

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics,
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred for some positions).
Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in research and analysis (experience can be adjusted based on specific needs).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with statistical software a strong plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
