Project Management
Manage quantitative and qualitative research projects under the guidance of Project/Research Managers.
Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate project logistics, including respondent recruitment, venue arrangements, fieldwork scheduling, incentive distribution, and vendor management to ensure smooth execution of research projects.
Work closely with clients, suppliers, moderators, recruiters, and internal teams to manage operational requirements and resolve issues during project implementation.
Ensure all project materials, contracts, and logistical arrangements are prepared and delivered according to project timelines.
Prepare project contracts, purchase orders, and administrative documentation, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders under the supervision of Managers.
Monitor project budgets and operational requirements.
Research
Assist in designing research methodologies and sampling approaches.
Draft and review questionnaires, discussion guides, and stimulus materials.
Conduct questionnaire testing and quality assurance checks before fieldwork launch.
Fieldwork Management
Brief fieldwork teams and suppliers on project requirements.
Monitor fieldwork progress and data quality.
Identify and resolve fieldwork issues to ensure research standards are maintained.
Data Analysis & Insight Development
Guide the process of reviewing, cleaning, and validating research data.
Interpret research findings and identify key business implications.
Conduct secondary research to provide market context and support insight generation.
Reporting & Client Service
Prepare research reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
Develop clear and compelling data visualizations and storytelling.
Present findings internally and support client presentations when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication and project support.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Sociology, or any relevant fields.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in market research, project management, consumer insights, consulting, analytics, or related fields.
Experience managing research projects is preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with analytical tools is an advantage.
