Retail Executive (Chinese Language/ 中文)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE/岗位职责
1. Retail Marketing (MKT) / 零售市场营销
• Manage POSM production, adaptation, creation, and acceptance.
• Develop and execute alarm, props, and display material plans, including purchase orders, budgeting, delivery, and acceptance.
• Plan and implement promotional gift programs, ensuring purchase orders, delivery, and acceptance.
• 负责POSM物料的制作、改进、创意和验收。
• 制定并执行警示牌、道具及陈列物料计划,包括采购订单、预算、交付及验收。
• 策划并落实促销礼品计划,确保采购、交付及验收流程顺利。
2. Field Force (FF) Management / 销售团队管理
• Track and support FF monthly targets and achievements.
• Oversee daily FF operations and ensure performance alignment with business objectives.
• 跟踪并支持销售团队的月度目标和业绩。
• 管理销售团队的日常运营,确保其绩效符合业务目标。
3. Training / 培训
• Develop, adapt, and improve training materials based on local market needs.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions in alignment with KAMs and Kas.
• Execute training classes, prepare summary reports, and ensure follow-up.
• Conduct weekly in-store training for key stores.
• 根据本地市场需求开发、调整和优化培训资料。
• 制定并协调培训计划,配合大客户经理(KAM)和Kas开展培训。
• 组织培训课程,完成总结报告并进行跟进。
• 每周在重点门店进行店内培训。
4. Other tasks / 其他任务
• Manage supplier relationships, follow up on budgets and acceptance.
• Oversee retail warehouse management, including promotion gift and material inventory control.
• Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
• 管理供应商关系,跟进预算及验收。
• 负责零售仓库管理,包括促销礼品及物料的库存管控。
• 由直线经理分配的其他相关任务。
