Retail Sales Manager (English/Chinese Speaking)

Job Description:
Responsible for achieving retail sales targets
According to the annual retail expansion plan of the office, complete the retail expansion target of the office
Responsible for collecting market competitive product information and regularly outputting analysis reports
Responsible for the construction of retail channel terminal image
Assist national managers to formulate incentives and promotion policies for retail channels and retail store product systems
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Retail Manager (specially in Mobile phone) or in a similar role, have experience to work with mobile computer or the same Telecommunication Chinese Industry is big plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management software
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in Chinese or English, with good communication skills in the workplace.
