Mô tả công việc
Design and simulate RF circuits, including matching networks, low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), filters, and power amplifiers using tools like ADS, CST, or HFSS.
Develop and optimize RFID antennas (near-field and far-field), patch antennas, and other high-frequency structures for UHF and ISM bands.
Perform RF measurements using vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other lab instruments.
Collaborate with PCB design teams to ensure layout compliance with RF best practices (impedance control, ground plane design, EMC/EMI mitigation).
Analyze S-parameters, radiation patterns, return loss, VSWR, and other RF performance metrics.
Work closely with firmware and system integration teams to ensure reliable RF communication in embedded systems (e.g., RFID readers, BLE/Wi-Fi modules, LoRa).
Conduct RF compliance testing (e.g., CE/FCC/EMC/EMI) and coordinate with certification bodies when required.
Support prototyping, field testing, and debugging of wireless systems in real-world industrial environments.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications,
Electrical Engineering, or related fields with RF specialization.
Strong background in RF and microwave theory, antenna design, and transmission line principles.
Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, CST Studio Suite, HFSS, or equivalent).
Proficient in using lab instruments such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
Familiarity with RFID communication standards (EPC Gen2/ISO 18000-6C), BLE, Wi-Fi, and sub-GHz protocols.
Understanding of PCB layout for RF applications: controlled impedance traces, return paths, and decoupling strategies.
Knowledge of RF shielding, filtering, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design practices.
Ability to read and debug RF schematics, and experience with PCB design tools like Altium
Designer or KiCad.
Solid analytical thinking and debugging skills in complex hardware/software environments.
