You will oversee + manage our business activities to achieve our business goals by ensuring top class operational efficiency + supporting initiatives to increase revenue generation + profit margins.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You will do this by collaborating with various key stakeholders while focusing on the following tasks.
- To drive, expand + collaborate to achieve a structured roll out of our Centre of Excellence for domestic + cross-border transport (wherever applicable), along with haulage activities on a central platform.
- To actively develop measures to improve our vendor management capability, reviewing + aligning resource allocation across different business activities to provide optimum service levels.
- To ensure efficient operational activities exist + are continuously optimized by implementing best practice.
- To support in the development + implementation of operational + reporting systems, including transport management systems (TMS) + application of new software.
- To manage + review operational policies, standards + procedures including integrating + implementing automation, technology + systems.
- To review incident/ crisis management ensuring effective business continuity plans are in place.
- To monitor the annual budget, initiating corrective actions in case of deviations.
- To ensure compliance with applicable certifications + standards.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree.
- Having at least 3-year experience in the same role.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, staying organized and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Accept to mobile working and overtime if business requires.
- Holding customs broker license.
- Good command of English.
