Mô tả công việc
• All duties assigned by the Safety Supervisor/Safety Partner Leader related to Health Safety and environmental issues.
• Do Safety walks, Safety inspections and toolbox talks... for field team (technicians, fitters, Warehouse) and Office according to Weekly working schedule.
• Conduct all relevant Safety training for staff.
• Recognize and conduct hazards identification/non-conformance and reporting for job sites.
• Assists to investigate incidents/accident and reports to Safety Supervisor/Safety Partner Leader
• Collect incident statistics for reporting in SIS (Safety Database)
• Conducts Safety Inspection in conjunction with Front Line management according to local legislation, providing feedback, documenting findings and assisting the Safety Supervisor/Safety Partner Leader in assuring corrective action for unsafe practices or conditions observed.
• Attends all mandatory meeting for safety team (weekly/monthly meeting)and relevant safety event such as Safety Conference, Safety day, etc
• Assists the Safety Supervisor/Safety Partner Leader in reviewing and maintaining the hazard inspection checklist for office and workstations
• Daily/Weekly report and update safety & health condition at jobsites to Safety Supervisor/Safety Partner Leader
• Conduct to do surprise checking jobsites as assignment
• Support Front line manager complete safety target and fulfil corrective actions
• Involve in all activities for fire fighting, First Aid, Management of chemical/waste instructed by Safety Supervisor/Safety Partner Leader
Yêu cầu
• Colleague/University degree from Occupational Health and Safety, mechanical or electrical filed
• Government Safety certification
• At least 2 years experience in Safety field
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Must have good problem-solving skills
• Good inter-personal skills, team spirit
• Ability to organize work, take initiative and work under pressure
