Mô tả công việc
• Receive and process orders in Seller Center
• Inform warehouse to prepare and deliver on time
• Confirm daily delivery to partners or customers
• Issuing red invoice to customer.
• Handle returns from customers or post office
• Handle returns sample
• Processing warranty for customers
• Monthly deposit inventory report
• Estimate expense all channel on time
• Input on SAP System when the invoice arrives
• Well control customers' liabilities and expenses, ensure they pay on time and control expense invoice arrived on time (Receiving money and clearing Debt all channel)
• Ensure inventory accuracy then make Domestic PO and Oversea PO
• Closing monthly sales on time
• Making reports by channel, product line and support for other channels if needing
Yêu cầu
• English Proficiency Required
• Have experienced at least from 5 year in sales admin team leader position from Ecommerce Team is a must
• Experience using the S.A.P system is preferred
• Proficient in using office software (excel, word, power point ...)
• Good communication skill, under high pressure, high sense of team responsibility
• Ability to work individually and in groups
• Enthusiasm, passion and quickly adaptation
