Division: Flavor Sales Division
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Purpose: Responsible for the development and expansion of flavor sales in the assigned areas, customers of Vietnam market.
Duties & Responsibilities
o Responsible for the sales and marketing of our range of flavor to prospect and existing clients in the assigned territory of Vietnam market.
o Responsible for the development of an annual flavor sales budget and reporting on sales budget performance as assigned by Sales Manager.
o Responsible for the growth of the business as well as for the profitable performance of the sales, meeting sales target in the assigned territory.
o Responsible for creating marketing opportunity for new products, complementing existing range of products and supporting the regional businesses for expansion and growth.
o Liaise closely with Head Office and other Affiliates and clients on sales and market information.
o Keep abreast of Flavor product trends, concepts and applications and be aware of competitor's activities.
o Identify proactively opportunities for potential product concepts and presentations.
Internal Liaison: All Flavor Divisions and Departments
External Liaison: All Affiliates Sales and Marketing Department
Yêu cầu
- Qualification: Degree in Chemical or Business or related discipline or equivalent in years of similar experience
- Knowledge & Skills:
o Honest, pleasant and good interpersonal skills
o Teamwork, good communication and presentation skills
o Proficient in English both oral and written
o Self motivator with eagerness and enthusiasm
o Having sense of consumer's taste and behavior.
o Microsoft Office application software
- Experience:
o At least 3 years of sale experience in Flavor industry / Food ingredients
o Having Food and Beverage R&D experience is a plus
