Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate between sales team/customers/ internal departments (booking/ document team) to perform contracts done.
- Send contracts/ documents/ booking/ shipments information to customers.
- Trace the shipments and keep customer updated on shipment status.
- Notice sales manager, sales PIC, documents team about any related issue to make sure issues will be solved on time and minimized risks.
- Arrange daily/monthly shipment report.
- Other necessary work if assigned by sales managers.
Yêu cầu
- Experience of 1-3 years sales admin position in import/ export fields. Or, fresh graduated with good knowledge of import - export.
- Multi - task expert, learn quick.
- Know how to manage time, manage priorities.
- Logic thinking, good communication skills, good in work in details.
- Work over time, if need.
