Sales (75%)
Identify and approach potential customers;
Consult on the company's software products/services;
Schedule meetings with clients (online/offline), participate in product demos, listen to their needs, and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions;
Update customer information and sales activities in the internal system;
Support the implementation of customer outreach campaigns as instructed;
Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team when technical solutions is required.
Administrative and Documentation Tasks (25%)
Prepare quotations, contracts, and offer letters using available templates;
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports for management;
Monitor payment progress and support in reminding clients to complete necessary procedures if needed;
Coordinate with internal departments to process orders and provide post-sales support.
Yêu cầu
Good English communication is a plus.
Student (4 years) or fresh graduate majoring in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related majors abroad.
Knowledge about information technology is a plus.
Strong self-motivation.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
Agility, hard work, enthusiasm
