Mô tả công việc
In charge of Purchase order, Contract & Payment, and Customer service of assigned channels:
1. PURCHASE ORDER (PO):
Receive PO, follow up delivery & payment process with key clients
Collect data to prepare daily/monthly sales & stock report
Work closely with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
2. CONTRACT & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT
Prepare & follow up sales contracts
Follow up payment & collect account receivable on time
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Contact with key clients for all related information and queries about PO, payment,
feedback, sales scheme...
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
1/ Education background:
Bachelor's degree in Business administration/Finance/Accounting or related majors
2/ Working experience:
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Admin/ Operations of MT Channel (Cao Phong, NK, DMX,.. ) or related position.
Experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics/ FMCG is referred.
3/ kills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,..)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Time management & ability to work under high pressure.
