Mô tả công việc
o Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
o Maintain and update customer and order information in the system.
o Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, accounting) to ensure timely delivery and payment.
o Draft and translate sales-related emails and documents in English/Japanese.
o Track sales data, inventory, and customer payments.
o Support the sales team in preparing reports and presentations.
o Handle other administrative tasks as required by the
Sales Manager.
Yêu cầu
o University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
o Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
o Good command of English and Japanese, both written and verbal
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
o Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
o Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
