Purpose of the Job:
Goldenduck International Vietnam is looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will assist
business leaders and
sales executives with daily sales administration tasks, working on the ERP/NAV system, preparing documents for handover, payment, and contracts, and coordinating with the storeman to transfer goods in the system during customer delivery.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries, and provide support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Check service reports, create quotations, and record them in the NAV (ERP) system.
• Track purchase orders (PO) from customers.
• Ensure the processing of POs is accurate and timely, and input them into the NAV system.
• Prepare and compile service documents; generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Check the warehouse to open stock bills.
• Coordinate with the
purchasing officer to order products.
• Liaise with customers in case of delays or problems.
• Handle expense reimbursements and prepare expense reports.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to issue collection bills from customers.
• Check invoices and prepare documents for handover, payment, and customer contracts.
• Work with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service to ensure continued sales and customer satisfaction.
• Complete tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
