About the Role
We are looking for energetic and globally-minded candidates who are interested in B2B Marketing & Sales in the IT industry.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or young professionals who enjoy communication,
business development, and working in an international environment.
You will be trained to develop skills in global B2B sales,
digital marketing, and client engagement while working with international markets such as the US, Japan, and Korea.
Main Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
Support execution of B2B marketing campaigns through LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as company profiles, case studies, presentations, and outreach content.
Research and identify potential international clients.
Client Engagement & Sales Support
Connect with potential clients and support follow-up activities.
Coordinate meetings between clients and internal technical teams.
Learn how to introduce IT services including AI, Data, and Software Development solutions.
Branding & Market Research
Support company branding activities for global markets.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
Contribute ideas to improve marketing and sales performance.
CRM & Reporting
Update and manage lead information on CRM systems.
Track campaign and sales activities to support performance improvement.
Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Economics, International Business, Languages, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in technology, global business, or B2B sales is a plus.
Proactive, eager to learn, and results-oriented mindset.
Language Requirement (One of the following)
English: IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent
Korean: TOPIK 4-5 or equivalent
Japanese: JLPT N2-N1 or equivalent
