The Sales Assistant would be fully responsible for the group tour, clients and the sales target, the major work is detailed as below:
1. Break the annual sales goal down to months, and carry it out.
2. With a full understanding of European/US or Korean travel, make itinerary plan and quotation, negotiate with clients to reach a contract, track the process to make sure the tour goes smoothly; Prepare invoice, help the payment to be made on time. Complete the related documents.
3. Deal with client's complaint and needs, maintain and develop customer resources.
4. Developing potential customers, managing, tracking potential customer list, maintaining customer relationship.
5. Help to improve the sales policy, the sales standard, and the sales system.
6. Train the Junior Sales on job-related skills, abilities, knowledge, etc.
7. Other work assigned and necessary.

Yêu cầu
Employment Type: Full-Time
Major: Tourism, Marketing, or related.
Experience: 1+ year in tourism, or related fields, senior managers are preferred
Office Skill: good at Excel, Word, PPT, familiar with others.
Character preferred: an ability to work in an international environment, the mindset of customer-oriented and problem-solving, attitude to learn and team working spirit, strong sense of responsibility
Language: English as a must
