We're looking for a Business Consultant Leader - a builder and coach who can lead high-performing sales teams, work with C-level clients, and contribute directly to the growth of one of Vietnam's fastest-growing SaaS companies.
What You'll Do
As a Business Consultant Leader, you will take ownership of team performance and revenue outcomes. You consult key clients directly and lead & grow a team of consultants who help solve operational challenges for businesses across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of personal results and team revenue performance, ensuring client success at every stage.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of B2B Business Consultants
- Engage directly in strategic deal cycles, pitching Base's solutions to C-level clients
- Build a performance culture through goal-setting, pipeline reviews, and learning initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to align on client success strategies
- Represent Base's culture and values through leadership, resilience, and integrity
Yêu cầu
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales or consulting experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proven track record in sales management or team coaching roles
- Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Passion for team building, personal growth, and helping businesses scale with tech solutions
- High sense of ownership, hunger for results, and a collaborative spirit
