I. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Tasks:
• Organize and execute tours based on customized client requests as well as the company's signature travel products.
• Identify and develop prospective leads; build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Consult, pitch, and present the company's diverse range of travel services to potential clients.
2. Customer Relations Tasks:
• Receive and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring all cases are handled fairly and objectively in compliance with corporate regulations and service standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement crisis management and resolve escalations arising from customer complaints.
• Propose strategic improvements to business processes and related operations to optimize and elevate the company's overall service quality.
• Contribute to service complaint analysis and reports to facilitate service recovery and proactively prevent future crises.
• Consolidate and report customer feedback, complaints, and resolution outcomes to the Management.
• Execute other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or Board of Directors.

II. Job Requirements
1. Professional Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant fields: Journalism, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Foreign Languages, etc.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the tourism/hospitality industry (Sales, Customer Service, or related roles).
• IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Key Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent Vietnamese, and professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
- English: TOEIC 650+, a Bachelor's degree in English, or equivalent.
- French: DELF B2+, a Bachelor's degree in French, or equivalent.
- Japanese: JLPT N2+, a Bachelor's degree in Japanese, or equivalent.
*Candidates fluent in two foreign languages are highly preferred.
• Competencies: Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the Line Manager; proactive in proposing innovative ideas to improve work quality.
2. Work Attributes
• Ability to work standard office hours; willingness to work overtime when required.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international business trips.
