JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop B2B business: approach, consult, and provide technical solutions to corporate clients
Provide technical consultation and select suitable products (industrial valves, technical equipment, etc.) based on project requirements
Prepare quotations, follow up, and negotiate contracts with clients
Work with stakeholders: project owners, contractors, design consultants, and distributors
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Proactively find and develop new clients in industries such as construction, buildings, fire protection (FPP), water treatment, etc.
Create business plans and commit to achieving assigned KPIs/revenue targets
Submit periodic work reports

REQUIREMENTS
Age: 26+
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or project-based industries
Existing network in construction, contractors, fire protection (FPP), M&E, or water treatment is a strong advantage
Knowledge of industrial valves or related fields: mechanical, automation, electrical, environmental, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Professional email writing and clear sales mindset
Ability to self-learn and read technical documents (basic English)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Strong sales-driven attitude - income depends on performance
BENEFITS:
- Income: From 15,000,000 VND/month + Unlimited Commission
Fixed salary + clear sales bonus scheme
Income grows based on performance, no cap
- Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
