This position will be responsible for OMRON Device and Module Solutions.
About OMRON Device and Module Solutions
In its efforts "To create solutions to solve challenges like climate change & controlling carbon emission", the Device and Module Solutions Business has a wide range of sensors, switches, relays, and connectors. This wide range of products adds niche value to industries like automotive, energy, white goods, home, building, and factory automation. JOB PURPOSE:
Hunt, identify & develop new potential leads to meet and exceed sales quota for area of responsibility
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Involve in sales of OMRON products and develop new business opportunities to existing & potential
customers
2. Liaise with CS (Customer service) & logistic department in SG (Singapore) to ensure timely delivery of goods
and attend to customers on all technical and quality issues
3. Track competitors activities, pricing, manufacturing location, market environment and trend; conduct ad-hoc
market surveys on industry requirements in order to develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets
4. Coordinate & expedite invoicing & billing matters
5. Prepare periodic progress reports and present updates on monthly sales performance, marketing activities,
etc
6. Monitor and maximize own sales volume and profitability
7. Report to line manager and Report to line manager. Accomplish all assignments by manager/ company.

* Academic & Professional Qualifications
• University graduated in Electronics & Electrical, Automation, Engineering or Science is a plus.
* Core Functional Knowledge :
- Understanding of relays, switches & Connectors
- Understanding of distributors Sales Channel.
* Achievements & Experience:
- At least 03 years experience in Electronic Component Sales (in Industrial Automation product, Electronic
component is is a plus)
- Experience in handling regional business
- Capable to do design-in and spec-in to R&D engineers
* Important Skills & Behavioral Competencies :
- Business Acumen (Market trend, competitors, ...)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
- Independent and result orientated with high personal drive to succeed
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Integrity/Active/ Enthusiasm/ Self-motivated/ Teamwork/Positive attitude
*Language, computer and other skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office.
*Salary & Benefits:
