1. Define Sales Processes
• Design and simplify sales processes.
• Automation of Sales processes
2. Define and Drive KPI for Sales team
• KPI as per GTM and country priorities.
• Standardized implementation
o Productivity norms
3. Capability Building
• Capability roadmap as per GTM priorities.
• Designing program and running TTT
• Effective implementation capability development programs
4. Driving Sales cadence
• Review frequency
• Adherence to review cadences
5. Automation of processes to build transparency and compliance
• Aligning organization
• Executing all pre work and post work.
• Building capability and standardize process
6. Data Management
• Sanity of data in country.
• Relevant data or reports availability as per authority and job requirement
7. Driving SFI
• Deployment of SFI
• Data availability for SFI payouts
8. Managing compliance and Audit
• Audit of all spends thru company appointed auditors
Yêu cầu
• Post graduate degree with 12-15 years of experience in Sales - experience with paints will be an advantage
• Should possess strong analytical skills - ability to analyze own data vs. market/competition data to arrive at insights
• Understanding of multiple geography and GTMs
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal communication skills) and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
