A. JOB PURPOSE:
Selling tires by establishing contact and developing relationships with dealers to achieve target
Approaching sub-dealers by selling thru direct dealers
Market in charge: will be shared in interview and base on annual sales plan.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning
Making sales plan by (products, dealers, regions)
Expanding points of sales (direct & indirect accounts)
Sale Execution
Conduct study to identify market demand (end-users, sub-dealers, direct dealers)
Seek out new sales opportunity and setting up business discussion
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Follow up ordering, sales confirming, delivering, paying, debt collecting, ...
Create frequent Plan - Do - Check - Act with data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Participate on behalf of the company in events
Others
Follow up sales related documents.
Support for company activities (conference, event, campaign, ...)
Yêu cầu
Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business administration, marketing preferred
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Requirements and skills
Basic qualification of MS Office
Efficient communication skills
Positive, confident and determined approach
Patient learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
