- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential B2B clients in targeted industries.
- Consult and propose tailored HRM/ERP software solutions that address client business needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including solution presentation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy and positioning.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B solution sales experience, preferably in IT software or enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience in HRTech, ERP, or SaaS is a strong advantage.

Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (90-minute lunch break)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
