In 1998, Kusto Group was started in Kustonayasbest, a local chrysotile mining and manufacturing enterprise, and it is where the name Kusto was derived from. Kusto Group is present throughout Asia, Europe and North America, including Vietnam, China, Israel, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Turkey, Georgia, Italy and Singapore.
We are looking for talented candidates for the Sales Executive located at HCM/ Ha Noi.
• Be responsible for individual sales targets and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
• Manage sales database and proactively contact potential customers within the database.
• Actively coordinate and execute sales launches.
• Prepare presentation materials and conduct training for sales agents.
• Follow up with sales agents, motivate and support them to achieve assigned targets.
• Support sales agents in closing difficult deals.
• Record and collect requirements from sales agents.
• Discuss with the
Sales Manager to propose suitable strategies and policies for sales agents.
• Provide visit logistics and manage client services including contracts, payment reminders, collections, and handling customer inquiries.
• Be responsible for after-sales services for customers.
• Support sales planning, client portfolio strategy, and customer approach plans.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Education
• University graduate.
Experience
• At least 4 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in large-scale real estate
developers or leading agencies is preferred.
Knowledge
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and relevant legislation.
Skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Others
• Result-oriented with a strong passion for sales.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Active, pleasant, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
• Professional working attitude with high integrity.
