Qualification Requirements
Technical Skills
2-4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Solution Sales, Account Management, or
Business Development.
Experience selling software, SaaS, cloud services, AI solutions, digital transformation solutions, system integration services, or enterprise technology solutions.
Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with enterprise customers, manufacturing companies, or logistics businesses is an advantage.
Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into solution opportunities.
Experience preparing business proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools to improve work efficiency.
Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
Candidates with knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas are highly preferred:
Manufacturing operations and industrial processes.
Logistics and supply chain operations.
MES, WMS, SCADA, IoT, Traceability, Smart Factory solutions.
Cloud platforms and Microsoft/Azure ecosystem.
AI Agents, Generative AI, workflow automation, and enterprise AI applications.
Digital Transformation consulting and solution selling.
Industrial platforms such as AVEVA, Siemens, Rockwell, or similar technologies.
Nice to Have
Experience selling AI, automation, or enterprise software solutions.
Experience working with complex B2B or enterprise sales cycles.
Experience collaborating closely with Product, Presales, or Technical teams.
Ability to identify market opportunities and extract customer insights for business growth.
