Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and customer-focused Sales Executive to support sales activities, marketing initiatives, and regional supply & demand (S&D) management in North of Vietnam for feed ingredients, including soybean meal, corn, wheat, PKE, FSBM, and other related products.
This opportunity is open not only to candidates with direct sales experience in the same industry, but also to professionals from
purchasing, procurement, execution, operations, trading support, or sales roles in related industries serving a similar customer base, who are interested in building a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives in the Vietnam market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and closely monitor customer demand, buying patterns, and market movements to support timely and effective sales decisions.
• Build compelling value propositions and contribute to strengthening long-term customer partnerships.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer activity updates, and market intelligence to support business planning and decision-making.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including logistics, execution, supply chain, and operations teams, to ensure smooth and professional order fulfillment.
• Contribute to brand visibility and market presence in the assigned segment.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities to expand market share and improve profitability.

Candidate Profile
We welcome candidates from a range of commercial and industry-related backgrounds. This role may be a strong fit for professionals who have experience in:
- Sales or
business development- Purchasing / procurement / sourcing
- Execution / operations / trading support
- Commercial or customer-facing roles in related industries
- Sales roles in other industries with exposure to a similar customer segment
Candidates who understand customer needs, market dynamics, and cross-functional coordination - and who are interested in growing into or further developing a sales career - are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, purchasing, procurement, execution, operations, trading support, or other related commercial functions.
• Experience in feed ingredients, agri-commodities, animal nutrition, grain trading, agriculture, or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Candidates currently working in sales in other industries with a similar customer base are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in commodities trading would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, or commodities execution is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, high level of energy, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, customer focus, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
