Mô tả công việc
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies across multiple channels (GT, MT and emerging channels)
• Plan and execute promotion programs, in-store activations, and sales events.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor display, POSM, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, MT systems and distributors.
• Travel for market visits and business trips as required; proactively engage in professional relationship-building activities with distributors.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams in handling arising tasks
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director or managers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to handle reporting tasks independently.
