Responsible for developing and managing key accounts in the Modern Trade (MT) channel, driving sales performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives for Kitchen product categories.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop key account customers in MT channel (e.g. DMX, Nguyễn Kim, Cao Phong, etc.) to maximize business opportunities and sales growth.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out performance, product display, and promotion execution at stores.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing support, market insights, and business recommendations.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and propose product/service improvement opportunities.
• Plan and execute strategic sales activities and key business initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyze business performance.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with company standards and policies.
• Continuously update professional knowledge through market information and learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support other tasks as assigned.
• Report regularly to
Sales Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• ✓ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
• ✓ Minimum 1 year of experience in Modern Trade (MT) sales channel.
• ✓ Preferred experience in FMCG/ Home Appliance / Consumer Electronics industry.
Language:
• ✓ Good English communication skills for daily work communication.
Skills:
• ✓ Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• ✓ Good sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• ✓ Analytical and reporting capability.
• ✓ Proactive mindset with strong ownership and teamwork spirit.
