Mô tả công việc
• Respond to agent requests, leading to successful bookings
• Prepare customized travel itineraries in our system, prioritizing our preferred hotels and experiences
• Make quotations with accuracy and commercial mind set
• Collaborate with colleagues in different departments, such as Accounting, Contracting and Tour Administration
• Collaborate with other Khiri countries in creating consistent quality multi-country itineraries
• Use Khiri IT systems as per instructions, consistently and precisely
• Translate your passion for "destination Vietnam" in all your communications
• Hand over successful sales to Reservations and ensure correct implementation of your created program.
• Follow up with your programs with a double-check prior to departure and keeping in touch with agents during operations
• Other tasks as required by Manager/General Manager
Yêu cầu
• At least a year experience in travel field
• Must be able to communicate in English (required)
• Team-work attitude
• Positive thinking and high responsibility
