SALES EXECUTIVE - COSMETIC INGREDIENTS (Based in Hanoi)
Reporting To
Sales Manager / Business Unit Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with cosmetic manufacturers and brand owners in Vietnam. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing customer projects, promoting ingredient solutions, and working closely with the Technical Team to deliver value-added support to customers. The position is suitable for fresh graduates with strong learning potential or junior candidates with 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
Responsibilities
Business Development• Identify and approach potential customers in the cosmetics and personal care industry.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of prospects and active projects.
• Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Support the achievement of individual sales targets and company growth objectives.
Customer Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and product development plans.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up activities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely response to customer requests.
Project Management
• Manage customer projects from inquiry to commercialization.
• Coordinate sample requests, quotations, and project updates.
• Follow up formulation trials, customer feedback, and project progress.
• Maintain accurate project information in the CRM or internal tracking system.
Technical & Commercial Coordination
• Work closely with the Technical Team to recommend suitable ingredient solutions.
• Arrange technical meetings, presentations, and seminars with customers.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging ingredient technologies.
• Collect customer insights and share market information with the team.
• Identify potential opportunities for new products and suppliers.
Administration & Reporting
• Prepare visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the
Sales Manager.
