Job Summary
The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager is responsible for optimizing the productivity and efficiency of the sales team, ensuring that sales strategies, processes, and tools are effectively implemented. The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, KPI tracking, performance management, territory optimization, and process improvement to maximize sales outcomes.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop performance reports and dashboards to support sales leadership in decision-making.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance.
2. KPI Tracking & Performance Management
• Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on sales effectiveness metrics such as sales growth, market share, customer engagement, and call activity.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team, HR, and Medical & Sales Training Manager to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training programs.
• Design and implement incentive and reward schemes to enhance motivation and align with company goals.
• Continuously review and refine performance management frameworks to improve effectiveness.
3. Sales Forecasting & Performance Dashboards
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting models.
• Develop real-time performance dashboards for tracking and monitoring sales activities.
• Provide insights on sales pipeline management and conversion rates.
4. Territory Optimization & Sales Structure Design
• Work with sales leadership to optimize sales territories and ensure market penetration.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and quotas to align with business objectives.
• Support restructuring initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. CRM Management & Technology Integration
• Oversee the CRM system, ensuring effective utilization by the sales team.
• Implement and optimize CRM usage for better tracking, reporting, and engagement.
• Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies to improve productivity.
6. Sales & Marketing Alignment
• Ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing to equip sales teams with the right messaging and materials.
• Analyze marketing impact on sales performance and provide feedback for adjustments.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health or Health Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial effectiveness, or related fields, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Experience in SFE within the pharma/FMCG industry, along with CRM management.
• Proven track record of driving sales force optimization and effectiveness.
