_ Identify, approach, and develop new clients in the US and Canada markets.
_ Conduct outbound sales activities via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
_ Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
_ Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
_ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
_ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
_ Achieve assigned KPIs such as revenue, lead generation, and conversion rates.
_ Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
_ Monitor market trends and competitor activities in North America.
Yêu cầu
1. Specialized in Economics, Transportation, Foreign Trade University or Export fields
2. Experience: at least 1-2 years of experience in Vietnam Customs regulations and laws, and Transportation operation fields, or experience in FWD/ airfreight/ sea freight.
3. Good at law on Customs, have good knowledge of all verticals, HS code classification, cargo policy as well as regulations for import and export activities related.
4. Use good applications Outlook, Word, Excel.
5. Foreign language: English, knowing Chinese is preferable.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Thoughtful, honest, dynamic, good communication.
