La Manne Bakery is expanding our B2B wholesale business and we are hiring Sales Managers. This is a player-coach role: you will start by selling yourself and then build and lead a small sales team in your city.
What you will do
• Develop B2B customers in your city: hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, schools, supermarkets, etc.
• Personally handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, tastings, negotiation, and closing.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and position La Manne as a preferred bakery supplier.
• After initial success, recruit, train, and manage a small team of
Sales Executives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and manage your pipeline in the CRM.
Yêu cầu
• Strong B2B sales track record with clear results; F&B / hospitality / wholesale / bakery experience is a big plus.
• Confident in prospecting and closing - not just managing.
• Good communication and presentation skills; able to work with chefs, F&B managers,
purchasing, and owners.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, disciplined, and highly results-oriented.
• Fluent Vietnamese; English ability is an advantage.
