Mô tả công việc
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial construction sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Organize meetings with client decision-makers and internal teams to present service offerings
• Participate in preparing proposals, quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, PM, QA/QC, HSE) to meet client expectations
• Attend industry events and provide market feedback to management
• Propose new services, campaigns, or distribution channels based on market trends
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu
• Age: 30-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
• Preferred: experience in industrial construction, renewable energy, steel structures, industrial doors/paints, or building materials
• Strong client network and background in construction services or as Sales/BD Manager
• Knowledge of M&E systems is a plus
• Chinese language skills are highly desirable
