Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental.
- Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department.
- Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow-up accordingly.
- Promote sales of ocean freight, consolidation, customs clearance and domestic logistics service
- Find new Customer/ Co-loader, export sale ( US, Canada, Europe, Asia,...)
- Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer's inquiries support other departments.
- Increase awareness of company and capability in local market.
- Weekly update market intelligent & related report to Management.
- Expand company footprint on the local market.
- Perform arising tasks assigned by Branch Manager.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in Logistics, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 03-05 year experience in the similar position.
- Market Intelligence and product knowledge in International Freight Forwarding
- Fluent in English (spoken & writing)
- Business acumen and convince customer
